Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training
Programmes in London, Birmingham and In house
This Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trainingprogramme enables students to become effective Lean Six Sigma Black Belts capable of leading projects that achieve dramatic performance improvement. The programme is taught in 18 intensive days spread across 6 months, and covers Lean Six Sigma methods and tools in detail.
It is rigorous, thorough and demanding and is not a "shortcut" to becoming a Certified Black Belt. Students are able to apply what they learn to a real project during the training while being supported by one of SigmaPro's experienced international Master Black Belts. This approach enhances learning and ensures an early return on the training investment.
"The instruction and materials were outstanding. I would highly recommend this Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training course to anyone interested in developing a proper understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies"
Anders Bjoerling, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions
The Programme follows the DMAIC model and includes how to tackle both Lean (waste elimination) and Six Sigma (variability reduction) projects. It includes a comprehensive toolkit developed from the original Motorola model.
As a SigmaPro Lean Six Sigma Black Belt you will learn how to:
