This SigmaPro integrated Lean Six Sigma Black Belt programme delivers state of the art training in the tools of Six Sigma DMAIC and our own proprietary methods.

Delegates receive a thorough exposure to the tools and methods necessary to successfully run Lean Six Sigma DMAIC improvement projects in manufacturing and service environments.

This 16-day training program is delivered in four blocks of four days to allow students to apply learning to a project in their own organisation whilst under the guidance of a highly qualified SigmaPro Master Black Belt.

Training is a mix of lectures, hands-on group and individual exercises to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention.

The Aug/Sept Black Belt course includes a free, fully licensed Minitab software license (worth £750). This state of the art statistical package is used throughout the seminar, and is invaluable to any Six Sigma Black Belt. Free certification (worth £250) is also included!

Many of our delegates carry out projects that save their organisations hundreds of thousands of pounds. Others are satisfied with improving aspects of customer service or solving a problem that has remained unsolved for some considerable time. The average black belt project saves the organisation £100,000¹.

All of our black and green training is carried out at Aston Business School Management Development Centre, the Midlands most prestigious business training venue. The centre has excellent conference facilities, on site accommodation for course attendees and has easy access to the Bars, Restaurants and shops of Birmingham City Centre.
