Lean Black Belt Training
This SigmaPro integrated Lean Six Sigma Black
Belt programme delivers state of the art
training in the tools of Six Sigma DMAIC and our
own proprietary methods.
Delegates receive a thorough exposure to the
tools and methods necessary to successfully run
Lean Six Sigma DMAIC improvement projects in
manufacturing and service environments.
This 16-day training program is delivered in
four blocks of four days to allow students to
apply learning to a project in their own
organisation whilst under the guidance of a
highly qualified SigmaPro Master Black Belt.
Training is a mix of lectures, hands-on group
and individual exercises to ensure rapid
learning and knowledge retention.
SPECIAL OFFER FOR THIS COURSE
The May Black Belt course includes a free,
fully licensed Minitab software license (worth
£750). This state of the art statistical
package is used throughout the seminar, and is
invaluable to any Six Sigma Black Belt.
