Introduction Training

Provides those tasked with finding out more about Six Sigma exactly what they need to know in order to successfully deploy Six Sigma in all functions within the organization.  Participants will learn how to quantify the economic impact of Six Sigma improvement to the organization, and how to implement Six Sigma using a highly refined deployment model.

Green Belt Training

Gives an introduction to all of the key Six Sigma Tools, enabling participants to successfully take part in and conclude business and quality improvement projects, leading to hard bottom line savings and real quality improvements. State-of-the-art tools for the application of the DMAIC improvement strategy to projects will be introduced along with hands-on exercises and tutorials to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention. This 11-day programme is delivered in 11 days spread over 4 months in order to allow participants to apply the tools and methods to a project in their own business.

DFSS Blackbelt Training

This program has been specifically developed to provide personnel with previous Six Sigma experience with the additional skills required to run DFSS projects. The course provides a detailed and informative treatment of the issues involved in developing, deploying and sustaining a successful DFSS program. Participants will also gain an in-depth knowledge of the two most popular DFSS strategies Define-Measure-Analyze-Design-Validate (DMADV) and Identify-Characterize-Optimize-Validate (ICOV) as well as the technical tools to support these DFSS strategies.

DMAIC Blackbelt Training

Participants receive a thorough exposure to the tools and methods that are necessary to successfully lead and contribute to DMAIC improvement projects.  State-of-the-art tools for the application of the DMAIC improvement strategy will be introduced along with hands-on exercises and tutorials to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention.  This 20-day programme is delivered in four blocks of five days (typically one month between training blocks) in order to allow participants to apply the tools and methods to a project in their own business.

Master Blackbelt Training

Provides participants with an in-depth knowledge of how to successfully implement both DMAIC and DFSS in organizations, how to coach technical practitioners on statistical and other quantitative methods, and how to lead and facilitate training on DMAIC and DFSS topics. This course is delivered in two 5-day training blocks which are typically separated by one month.

Champion Training

In this course, Executives, Senior Managers, Process Owners, Master Blackbelts and others with responsibility for Six Sigma implementation from service and/or industrial organizations will learn how to successfully design, deploy and sustain a Six Sigma system.   The course has been specifically designed to provide a detailed and fully informative discussion of all issues involved in Six Sigma deployment.  The DMAIC methodology, Design for Six Sigma, Service Six Sigma, Voice of the Customer, and Supply Chain implementation will all be presented in detail along with implementation aids.  Hands-on tools for project identification, selection and launch as well as for project management are provided.  Real world case studies are examined, and risks, pitfalls and lessons learned are provided.
